Phoenix Resilience was founded on a simple conviction: that organisations whose continuity matters deserve access to the deepest available expertise, applied with discipline and without compromise. Born out of financial services, the operational resilience principles can be applied to any organisation that wants to answer to key questions: 1) Are we resilient enough, and 2) How do we know?
Our founder led the development of the UK's operational resilience regulatory framework. We have seen the gap between what the rules require and what genuine resilience demands. But we've also worked with non-financial services to apply the same principles to other firms - nothing about the FS operational regulations is unique to financial services. We work with firms from all sectors to guide on understanding and building meaningful resilience understanding and capability.
We work selectively and deeply. In financial services, we work with banks, FMIs, insurers and regulators. But we also bring the financial services approach to any organisation in any sector which takes its resilience obligations seriously and wants a partner who takes them equally seriously.
